Terms of service

§ 1.Definitions

1. "Portal" - Portal Mapowy Urzędu Miejskiego w Policach, available at sip2.police.pl.
2. "Information service" - a service that allows to find the location of certain objects in the directory service as part of the Portal.
3. "Interactive Service" - a service that enables an indication of a specific event on a map, thereby sending the information of the relevant units and departments.
4. "User" - the viewer or user of the Portal.
5. "Authorization" - the process of confirming the identity of the user.
6. "Register" - a process which enables a user to collect data and provide it a username and password.
7. "Login" - the operation of the administration by the user given login and password to enter the system and allow the use of interactive services.

§2. General Provisions

1. These Regulations specify the mode, scope and rules for using public services available in the Portal Mapowy Urzędu Miejskiego w Policach.
2. The owner of Portal is City of Police, Stefana Batorego Street 3, 72-010 Police.
3. In matters not covered in these rules shall be governed by the Civil Code and others.

§3. Access to services

1. Access to services varies due to:
   a. the type of service to which you want to access
   b. The level of user authentication
2. Information services are available to unauthorized users and authorized users.
3. Interactive services are available to authorized users only, ie those who previously have registered and logged in to the system.
4. User registration is a one-off and is used obtaining the data necessary to create a user account, collect statistics on subsequent visits and signed.
5. Data collected during the registration process are stored in accordance with the Security Policy of the City Police and Law on the Protection of personal data.
6. During the registration process, you define the username and password used later in the process of logging.
7. The user is obliged to declare in the process of registration of real data, and accept the following Rules.
8. A registered user may at any time to modify or remove their data.

§4. Terms of Service

1. Data published on the Service are for informational purposes only and may not serve as the basis for any claims or charges against the owner of the Portal or any other public and private entities.
2. Information and data contained in the Portal are the property of the City Police and may be used only to the extent specified by applicable law.
3. Information services to find the locations of objects are defined in the directory services that are part of the Portal.
4. Interactive services are indication of a specific event on a map, thereby sending the information of the relevant units and departments.
5. The user receives the information without delay after the change in status of its filing.
6. The user is obliged to indicate the events truthfully and their current status. False indication of the event resulting in the automatic disabling of user accounts. If the reaction caused a false declaration referred to services (especially public safety), the applicant may be located using all technical means available and then held accountable for false information.
7. User Event Notification is not tantamount to its adoption. The decision whether to accept or reject each application take the system administrator. Information regarding acceptance or rejection of the application shall be immediately sent to the notifier.
8. The fact that the declaration by the User events can not be the basis for claims or accusations against individuals and departments responsible for receiving notifications, even if the application has been approved but not taken corrective action.
